It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts La pomme bvba and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. La pomme bvba suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
La pomme bvba will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all LA POMME DE LOVELEY garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. La pomme bvba is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
We prefer that items are returned to us via a secure service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. Our address for all returns is La pomme bvba – Return Service, Diksmuidseweg 130, 8900 Ieper, Belgium and we request that you contact us at email@example.com in relation to returns. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via a secure service.
